P90X - Day 9

I really dread this routine.  I'm the kind of person who likes to warm up slowly and work my way into things.  This fitness routine just "jumps" right into it.  And I mean jumps.  Most of the exercises in Plyo-X involve jumping.  I am going to have to get some padded mats for the garage floor.  When you're doing the kind of high impact exercises this fitness routine contains, you need the extra help.  Believe me, your knees and ankles will thank you.

The thing I really missed with my old workout routine was all the sweating.  Plyo-X takes care of that.  Five minutes into this fitness routine, and you're losing water quickly (you tend to lose your breath quickly too).  This routine rocks, but it's not for the average beginner (there's P90 for them).  This is for someone who can take the pain and endure.
