P90X - Day 6

Ok, last day for a new routine, and this routine is something that should be fairly easy for me.  This is 56 minutes of kicking and punching cardio.  After a few years of karate myself, this should be a piece of cake, right?  Wrong.  Tony starts out with a few slow punches, but then rev's it up and puts it all together.  From one punch, into another, into another.  Pretty soon, I looked like a fish out of water.  Not a pretty site I must say.

The kicks were the hard part for me.  After a week like I had with Yoga and Legs back-to-back, my legs were none to happy to be kicking and moving like they were.

All-in-all it was a great routine.  Tony keeps a lot of the kicks and punches he uses in P90, he just expands on them a bit.
