P90X - Day 5

Anytime you work your legs, you know you're in for a treat. Not a sweet sugary treat, but an acid treat. A lactic acid treat. Well, this routine will give you just that. I'm always amazed how much pain you can create for yourself without using much weight at all. Just doing the isometric exercises in this routine will bring a burn like someone lit your quads on fire.
This is a 59 minute routine, and in order to give your legs a much needed break, Tony adds your back, "back" into the mix. I know why he decided on the back. Tony Horton loves pull-ups, and he wants me to love them too. So, in order to give your legs enough time to recoup for the next set, he has you do pull-ups. I hope someday I love pull-ups as much as Tony, but for now... Well, let's just say...
