P90X - Day 4

It's official, I'm a wimp. I saw that day 4 was Yoga, and I just laughed. P90 had "Power Yoga", so I was thinking, "this will be a fun, easy day".
Yoga is for women. Relax, clear your mind, think peaceful thoughts, breathe deep, and don't use weights as not to get bulky. You know, not much to it. Just stretch and be flexible (which is something I've always battled with).
Lord, send your angels and take me now! Today totally rocked my world. I couldn't even make it through the whole routine. I had to stop 1/2 way through. I hit muscles today, that I have never hit in my life. I was stretching as much as I could, and it was killing me. I know I will be super good sore tomorrow.
If you're into Yoga, this routine may push you a little, but you'll probably enjoy it. I did, even though I didn't finish it. I can see how important it is to your overall health and mindset. It not only pushes you physically, it pushes you mentally. Your mind has to tell your body to get in to some of these positions, and keep it there.
