P90X - Day 3

After the last couple of days, I wasn't sure how I make it. My body is sore as all get-out, and my mind is saying, "can't we take a break and do something else?". I don't think so.
60 minutes of tearing up the shoulders and arms. This was actually a fairly easy routine for me today. My shoulders and arms have been trained pretty hard lately, so the intensity of the routine wasn't too bad. This actually took me to the next level, that I couldn't seem to get to when working out by myself with free weights.
I probably need to do some minor increases in weight next week, to increase the intensity. This will be the one routine I will look forward to each week. I already have the bands from the P90 program, but I definitely need to get some static weight dumbbells. I like the bands, but sometimes the free weights are just the way to go.
