Plyo-X - what a workout. This routine just reminds me so much of my basketball training days. If this doesn't give you explosive leg power, nothing will.

Now we're talking. Shoulders and arms, only not the way I'm used to it. Just when you think you've arrived, you realize you haven't even gassed up the car.
