Mid-Day Boot Camp


Warning:This Program is designed for those that are tired of talking about getting in shape, and are ready to do something about it!

 

Anthony's F.I.T. Camp is a 5 week fitness class that has been modified to accommodate a mid sized group of individuals, by providing the closest experience to a 1 on 1 Personal Training Session possible. At the conclusion of your first session, if you're not completely satisfied with the class I will refund your payment in full. Now you may still be a little skeptical and that's normal. I would hope that you would be. There are a lot of so called Boot Camp's out there. Every method that we apply within this class are the most current, up to date techniques in the industry. This small group allows me to pay closer attention to detail. I can correct technique, and form on the spot. Most Boot Camps can't offer this. When there is a group of 30 individuals, it's impossible for 1 coach to cue, and correct individuals without slowing down the tempo of the class. What is Anthony’s F.I.T.Camp? As an ex-military paratrooper, I understand that with the right motivation an individual can overcome any obstacle in life. As a fitness professional I also understand that you don’t need some ex-drill sergeant screaming at you. Once you complete Zero week, you have displayed the proper technique to complete the basic exercises. Each session is never boring and you learn functional, easy to learn, but challenging exercises. Through the use of various equipment, KettleBells, Medicine balls, and the TRX, you will feel stronger and younger than you have felt in a long time.

 

In utilizing functional body movement exercises, which resemble most of our everyday movement, you will be more prepared to face and conquer the everyday challenges of your life. We as human beings are always on the move by performing a vast array of daily activities, such as walking, running, bending, twisting, turning, jogging, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, standing, lunging, climbing, coming and going.As a F.I.T. camp participant, you will utilize your entire body, during your sessions, as a complete functional machine, as you do in everyday life, while having fun doing it!

 

 

I have dedicated myself to helping those wanting to take back control of their lives and their health. I have helped a great deal of clients lose unwanted fat, and become healthier through my unique 1-on-1 training, phone coaching, and personalized nutrition programs. I have based  Anthony's F.I.T. camp, (as well as my other fitness coaching programs) around this philosophy.

As a matter of fact, I normally charge $65-75.00 for my private 1-on-1 fitness coaching sessions.
